Job description
As a rental agent you will work in an enthusiastic, young and driven team in the center of Amstelveen. In this position you are called upon to be independent in which you are jointly responsible for the housing supply in our region. You get room for your own input and sufficient variety in the work. Core tasks entailed by the position include offering homes, holding viewings, drawing up rental agreements and associated invoices, scheduling appointments, providing and preparing property information and keeping track of changes in the portfolio.

Job requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Demonstrable commercial work experience
- You have held a position within the real estate sector and/or brokerage
- You have HBO work and thinking level
- Availability for 32-40 hours a week
- Careful, independent and accurate
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Living in the Amstelveen region
- Has a driving license B

- You are ambitious, enthusiastic and energetic as a person
- You have good communication skills and are organizationally strong
- You can function well both independently and in a team
