When I bought the apartment in 1998, I immediately fell in love with the location. Only a few steps away from the entrance to the Vondelpark and in a dead-end (and therefore low traffic) street. This was the dream location for me! I could walk from the park to work in the center and also walk my dog. And with the streetcar stop at the end of the street, I was also in the center in no time. The apartment is wonderfully quiet and my neighbors in the building are all very friendly people (now mostly expats), so even the VVE meetings were always pleasant and convivial. I sell the apartment with pain in my heart, but I now have other desires and goals in my life. But it has always been a wonderful place for me to live, in a truly fantastic neighborhood!
