When you see a rental accommodation that interests you, you can make a non-binding appointment to view the property. Koops Rental Agency does not work with waiting lists. You can register for free at our website.

A Koops Rental Agency representative will accompany you to view the property. You can view the accommodation at your leisure and we will answer any questions that you may have.

You are interested in the property you have viewed, what next? Do you qualify for this rental property? On the next page, we clearly explain what the protocol is when allocating a rental property.

If you want to rent a house and the owner agrees with you as a new tenant, we will finalize everything in a rental agreement. After collecting the first month's rent and the deposit (usually equal to 1 or 2 months), we draw up the contracts and make an appointment to hand over the keys. We do not charge additional costs such as contract- or administration costs.
