    A free introductory meeting in which we clarify your wishes, budget, and priorities. No obligations.
  • Viewing
    We view the property or properties together with you, assess their condition, and check whether the asking price is realistic.
  • Evaluation and advice
    After the viewings, we take stock. Which property suits you best? Together, we decide on the next step.
  • Negotiating and making an offer
    When you decide to proceed with a purchase, we get in touch with the selling agent. We prepare a strong offer and handle the negotiations on your behalf.
  • Review of the purchase agreement
    Once an agreement has been reached, you have the statutory cooling off period to withdraw. If the purchase goes ahead, we receive the draft purchase agreement and review it with you.
  • Transfer
    Congratulations on your purchase! The notary will take care of the transfer. At the property, we will do a final inspection together with the selling agent, after which you will receive the keys.
